Dr. Bola Azeez — Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Bola Azeez is a visionary leader with extensive experience in the Nigerian insurance industry.
Results-driven marketing expert with 35+ years of industry experience, holding esteemed qualifications including MBA (Finance),HND (Marketing), CIPN, NIMN, FCIA, and membership with the Institute of Directors (IOD). A seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving business growth and innovation..
Mr. Ogunleye Matthew Ohiolere - ACIIN, ACIB, CFIP, L.L.B. Hons (Managing Director)
Has being associated with the insurance industry for over 32 years. His professionalism and technical ability stand him out as one of the industry best.
- He is an Associate and member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN), L.L.B. Hons. Law. He has experience in Marine & Aviation Insurance, Life and Pensions insurance. He was a Manager, Life & Pension Insurance Department at the defunct Amicable Assurance Plc.
- He is a Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP), the certification was obtained after study and training at the prestigious International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (IICFIP) USA.
- He also studied Forensic Investigation and Criminal Intelligence at the University of Lagos, where he obtained Advance Diploma.
- He is on the verge of obtaining his Master of Law (L.L.M).
Attah Theresa- BSc. In Business Administration (General Manager)
Her experience and knowledge of the industry spanned over 10 years. She started her insurance career in First Adequate Benefits Insurance broker Ltd, where she had the privilege to work in all departments in the organization like Technical, Claims, Client Service Department but to mention a few.
She coordinates the operations of the company by ensuring that quality service is not compromised. She deliver her portfolio diligently to the benefit of the clients.
She provides personalized insurance solutions for individuals and businesses, manage risk for trusted partner for all their insurance needs. She is a Dedicated and Results-Driven Insurance Practitioner.
She is a student member of CIIN with experience in all Insurance policies.
Oyekunle Michael –AMINM, MBA, HND (Senior Manager- Oil and Gas PH)
He is a seasoned and distinguished Insurance Practitioner with over twenty years experience in the Insurance Industry.
He has vast experience in risk management and people management. He had worked with insurance companies in the country such as Union Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited, Fidelity Bond Ins. Brokers and Worldlink Insurance Brokers Limited.
He has HND in Insurance, an associate of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and Nigeria
ABDULAZEEZ M. OLUFEMI -HND Insurance and Actuarial Science (MANAGER TAKAFUL INSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER)
He is a Dynamic and detail-oriented Insurance person. He is an Actuarial Science graduate with a major in Accounting. He has a robust background in finance and extensive experience in the sales of Islamic insurance products. Adept at analyzing data to drive insights, optimize financial strategies, and enhance client satisfaction. Committed to leveraging analytical skills and industry knowledge to support organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.
He has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their financial needs.
